Brett Beaurivage

Account Executive at MTMBrainerd Inc

Brett graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008 with a BS degree in Risk Management and insurance from the School of Business. During his time at UConn he was President of the Risk Management and Insurance Society. He has been an independent insurance agent for over four years and has attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

Mary Holland-Derby

Account Executive at MTM Insurance Associates, LLC

Mary has been selling personal, commercial, accident, health and life insurance for over forty years. She is an accredited insurance advisor as well as an appointed notary. Mary graduated from St. Mary's High School and Bryant Mclntosh School of business. She is a lifelong resident of North Andover and has strong ties to the community.

Michael Laorenza

Associate at MTM Insurance Associates, LLC

Mike graduated from U Mass/Amherst with a degree in Legal Studies His insurance career began in claims with Kemper Insurance Group, and later Arbella Mutual Insurance company, where he served in the organization's home office as the Claims Systems and Procedures Manager Mike has leveraged his claims background and product knowledge in his work as a trusted advisor to his business and personal clients.  Mike is a lifelong resident of North Andover who is active in the local sports scene as an American Legions Baseball Coach.

Scott Leavitt

Branch Manger at MTMBrainerd Inc

Scott earned a BA degree from the University of Hartford in 1981 and is a Certified Insurance counselor and Licensed Insurance Advisor. He has enjoyed a long career in the insurance industry which included managing his family insurance agency for over 28 years. Scott is the branch manger for the Billerica office, MTM Brainerd Inc.

Kate Traverso

Commercial Lines Marketing Coordinator

Kate graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. After completing her studies, she joined the Hanover Insurance Group as a commercial lines underwriter. During that time she earned two designations; Associate in Commercial Underwriting and Associate in General Insurance. She joins MTM as the Commercial Lines Marketing Coordinator.
